It gets a little crowded at SpellBox in the Royal Arcade.

Some customers have suggested to get a bigger shop. So we listened and got one. Now, when it gets a little squishy we send them all to play at SpellBox Witch's House.Our little shop still gets crowded from time to time, and we like it that way!

Oriana's Discovery
I was helping a friend deliver magazines in town with my son Julian some eight years ago. With a trolley full of mags and sushi in hand I found myself standing in front of SpellBox. I turned to Julian and said ' This is the shop that mum wants to work in. It would be a dream come true.' Six months later I was working at SpellBox as a Tarot reader. As it worked out my Tarot Teacher and Danae were very good friends.

After some extensive overseas travel I arrived to Adelaide with a major case of the TRAVEL BUG. Without much thought and a guiding feeling in my heart I picked up a suitcase, jumped on a plane to Melbourne.

With nowhere to go, no plan and no job I began my new gypsy journey. I walked into SpellBox without much expectation, simply looking for some part time Reiki Healing work, but instead I fell into a full time job. SpellBox has become my home away from home, often filled with laughter, magic and sometimes even tears. I am amazed every day at just how many people we are able to help and guide through difficulties. My journey at SpellBox has been blessed and filled with love and light. The friends I have made have become my second family.

Danae, Oriana, Judy, Cathy and Melanie I thank all of you for all your nurturing, learning and guidance you have blessed me with.

The rest of the team has been just as wonderful.

Hello people, my name is Tim, but the girls here at SpellBox call me Tim-Ber. No, this isn't because I'm always falling down, in fact i'm constantly working on my feet. I began my life at SpellBox when I was a young teenager, and although the jobs keep changing my hunger for the task remains the same.

Gillian - our lovely Spell Maker
She works throughly behind the scenes putting love, energy and blessings into each spell. You may find Gillian pottering behind the curtains or around Witch's House checking the clock. She is one fairy very hard to miss, with her extensive range of funky outfits, fit for every occassion imaginable.

Cathy - the SpellBox Lioness
Cathy is one of our tarot readers here at Spellbox, who often finds herself helping with extra jobs in the shops. Here we have her sage - sticking away, looking very much a lioness that she is. Cathy reminds us every day that she is of course nothing less than a LEO, fifth generation that is.

What is Judy Stirring?
Spend a day at SpellBox Witch's House, spend a week if you like! Have a wonder, have a play, light a candle or make a wish. While you are there you might run into Judy.What is she mixing? What is she stirring? Come in and ask her! Judy works at both SpellBox locations, helping clients create beautiful spells as well as giving them daily guidance.

 

Sarah - The Blue Haired Mermaid
Sarah first came to Spellbox fifteen years ago. She has come and gone since, but she is here to stay for a little longer. Sarah works at both stores, bringing wisdom and healing to all who enter. Fun and adventure are what she does best.She will smile with you, she will laugh with you, she will sing with you and sometimes if you really need it she will shed a tear with you.
